The Zoom H4N has exceeded my expectation from both a sound quality and ease of use point of view. For recording podcasts it means not having to book expensive studio time and for ‘quick n dirty AV voice-overs it’s ideal. By adding a professional mike and creating a portable sound booth … it has given us a recording studio at a fraction of the cost
