great product for the price…although the price is only 179 with free shipping at http://www.zzsounds.com and nearly EVERY other outlet i’ve seen besides this. it’s done the job for me so far and i’d definetly recommend it to anyone starting out who needs something for basic home recording/demos.

This unit is easy to use and is one of the best i have seen. I recommend you buy an attachment mixer to add on to make it better quality. The unit is a matter of garbage in garbage out and is really cheap for what it does…

This unit has good sound quality and features for the modest price. I love its appearance and the glowing buttons at night. This is the black version called MRS-4B. There’s also a silver version that is otherwise identical, called MRS-4. I think silver plastic looks cheap, so I chose the black version. The main downside to me is the overly complicated user interface; you must press a whole series of buttons just to do a simple task.
