all right, there is alot of hype right now bout the beat kangz and the upcoming beat thang, only time will tell on that, but, the street boxx is worth every penny amazon is asking, incredibly easy to get started recording your beats, the sound, the design of the machine, all a+++++ you got a whole group of pros downing this machine, well, music on simple machines began before they got their thousand $ toys, and will be around even after they retire to the golf course, fact is, if you want to make music, this thing can def help with your rythym, till you can find sum more players, or invest sum money later down the road for a few otherr select pieces(digital recorder, kp3, turntables,etc) tell you this now, more good music has been made with minimal equipment, than the guys behind the even the 100thousand dollar rows of mixers and money machines, most of that stuff is paid for by wannabes getting thier PAID ’studio time’ and the “master producers” making jingles for pizza hut and mcdonalds, dont be ashamed of this game, do your time getting to know what kind of music is in you before you go buy the “big boy” stuff, w a digital 8track(tascam on amazon 8track,onboard burner 364$!!!!!!)a good synth,you can start recording your own music, hip hops origins is doing more w less, this machine does just that, its simply a 2009 version of the basic drum machine, updated from the classic banks like waltz, march, dance etc, to a really easy to use real rythym machine same science, easier to run, and better sounds, better design highly reccomend.
update, groove function is cool, makes it so you can change the beat and sound mid song, and its always on time,
